Before the kitchen had construction grade cabinets and dated Formica® countertop. The bar lacked both form and function, but mostly storage. New lighting was on the menu too.

We started by gutting kitchen and installing new cabinetry all the way to the ceiling to reclaim storage space. The full height (slab) granite backsplash behind the gas range is gorgeous in this open concept kitchen. The new peninsula doubled the storage area and included a dishwasher, microwave, bar sink and wine cooler/mini frig. The upper cabinets are a double sided display case. Removed old box light fixture and installed recessed lighting.
