The palette for this transitional kitchen features fresh white perimeter cabinets, with a contrasting dark blue island topped with a maple butcher block. Homeowners provided the wooden open shelves in the two corners, where they could display mementos. Under cabinet lighting brightens up the countertops on both sides of kitchen. Two floor to ceiling pantries provide tons of storage.
The peninsula houses a glass top electric range and provides casual seating adjacent to dining area.
